Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations will be accepted and refunds will only be made in the form of store credits. If you cancel 48 hours in advance you can receive store credit for the class which will be sent to you via email as long as we are notified AT LEAST 48 hours in advance to be able to offer your seat to another customer. All no shows will forfeit their payment and option for a store credit.

This credit can only be applied to one future workshop, regardless of its cost. You my not split the credit between workshops or classes. If the cost of the future workshop is less than the amount paid, the difference will be lost. If the cost of the future training is greater than the credit, then the balance will become due at registration time. All credits must be used within 6 months of the original workshop date.

Class Minimum Policy: Please be aware that our workshops have an attendee minimum. If the workshop attendee minimum is not met, then the workshop will be postponed or rescheduled. You will be issued a credit that you can be used for the rescheduled workshop or a different workshop of your choice. Credits must be used within 6 months of the original date.

Private Parties: Private Party Hosts are to refer to their private party booking email & private party contract in regards to their non-refundable/non-transferable deposit for party cancellation questions. Party hosts are financially responsible for ensuring the minimum has been met & paid regardless of attendance. We are not responsible for the party/event guests refunds. All no shows will forfeit their payment and option for a store credit. If a guest should cancel their seat, it is still up to the party host to ensure the room minimum has been met/paid prior to the start of the party.

We understand that illness sometimes arises at the last minute. This situation is very regrettable and it was difficult for us to make this policy, but our workshops & classes sometimes sell out and those who were unable to get a seat often ask to be put on waiting lists. Most people, even if they asked to be placed on a waiting list, are unable to attend a workshop or class without at least a couple days’ notice.
